My successful and wonderful partners,

Put in mind that everyone has his or her own burdens. It is not how heavy the burdens are, it is how you handle the burdens. I want you to change your concept, your attitude, starting from this point. Let's freshen up ;)

Ability is what you’re capable of doing, motivation determines what you do and attitude determines how well you do it. If you want to do things well and great, it has to start from YOU. You determine your success. Everyday you hear people say think positively. You get sick of that word. But why, why do people keep telling you to stay positive?Let me tell you the exact why.

Positive thinking won't let you do anything, but it will let you do everything better than negative thinking will. By just applying positive thinking to yourself, it will not, I repeat, it will not give you 100% success rate. But, it will give you ways for you to discover the road to your success.

We also hear people who failed before. Usually, failures talk and do not move. But to me, failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently. Regardless how many times you try anything.

How to ride a bike, how to cook, how to close a deal, how to juggle a ball or anything, think about it. You do carry chances to fail. That is the nature of life. If we fail, we get up and do it again. Successful people do not depend of their failures. They learn from it. I think everyone should experience defeat at least once during their career. You learn a lot from it. And I stress it here, in order for you to succeed, you must first be willing to fail. Dare to fail. Because today if you fail, you are just doing the things that you should not do. So if you fail 100 times, you know 100 things that you should not do and you are steps closer to victory.

It is time to pin out the excellence in our life. There is no more delaying. Time to time i mention that this opportunity is our baby steps for us to achieve more in future. Theres 'extra' in the word extraordinary. And its no joke to add the extra in front. it requires determination, courage, strength and a hell lot of commitment. After all, we all deserve a truly wonderful lifestyle. Stop the rut, stop the complaints. Lets all put our energy and build the best foundation, together.
